defender's fault for getting into that situation

also if you look at the replay, the ball goes into the box and holt runs after it. the defender then slows down and has no intention of going towards the ball which holt is chasong but just wants to block holty off. quite a cynical piece of play actually.

watch the replay again a few times folks.
