worthy needs to learn to gamble

and realise when a player needs taking out of the team

ie flem, and for a while there Edworthy, and for an age Holt

Also needs to use what he has, ie should have used CHarlton and Doherty more. That might raise a laugh mentioning doherty, but he can only have been as bad as flem, so there was nothing to lose. It was never going to happen though Hey?
