I love the World Cup

and don't see why it has to be a choice over club or country. I also don't see why and can't believe the outrage over the fact that England didn't get it. England don't deserve it any more than anyone else.

The only outrage should be about FIFA and their system which is clearly a farce, however much of it (Shearer today for example) is along the lines of "Beckham, FUTURE KING OF ENGLAND William and DAVID CAMERON (!) all attended AND we have stadiums, how can we not be given it?!!" - it makes no sense for us to be demanding a right to host it.

Would've been nice, Euro 96 one of the greatest sporting events in my lifetime, but oh well.
