The only time I ever hear R3 is when I'm trans-pennine and the R4 signal drops out a bit

and I have to rescan for a better signal - sometimes I get a brief blast of R3 and it is always the most dreary dreary music imaginable.

I'm sure they play some good classical stuff, but every time I've heard it it has been DREAR.
