If what he said after the fight was true he deliberately changed the outcome of the fight.

All the people who bet on Haye to win in the 1st or 2nd round were cheated as they had zero chance of winning.

Not trying= match fixing

The fact he ALSO said he put money on it and told his friends to put money on is beyond stupid.
