And I agree that the booing (e.g. at half-time vs. Burnley) and complaints about Holt are completely unreasonable, but I don't think as a group we're unusually capricious. Watching the Chelsea fans streaming out of the exits at just 0-2 down vs. Sunderland says it all - top of the premiership and haven't lost at home since February and the fans still boo! It occurs to me that it's symbolic of modern society's overwhelming lack of patience, but regardless I at least am not overly concerned that the fengibbons moan every time Russell Martin misplaces a pass.
