I can never get the links to work properly. I'm trying to upgrade but having no luck on

phone to Sky. It's so busy they're not answering at the moment. (Clearly a lot of people want to watch Norwich).

What makes it worse is that I did get through at one point and the nice Scottish lady was just sorting it when the line went dead.

It makes me want to go grrrr.
