I wonder if RBS will apply for an anti-suit injunction in the UK to stop H&G continuing in Texas? It's got to be a possibility. I suppose it may depend exactly who the claimant is in Texas, and whether that entity is amenable to the jurisdiction of the UK courts

Wish I was doing it, cracking case. Richard Snowden for RBS is a bit of a lightweight
