^^ Huge sense here, this is the problem.

Watching my young lads play footy, the bigger, stronger more physically confident and developed lads come to the fore, through sheer strentgh and athleticism.

That's not enough when everyone is fully developed as they all get caught up with and their lack of skill shows up more.
