Just back from training

Only about 14 training because of injuries and internationals, also Wes and Leon not there. AD was doing some gentle running with the physio. No sign of ZW (calf)

Various short sided games and shooting practice. Its funny how competitive they are even in meaningless games.

At the end of a shooting practise routine the losing side mooned on the goal line while the others fired balls (footballs) at them.

England u-21 training on a pitch adjacent.

U-16's (or younger) were training inside with Gary Holt. A lad came out who had a mop of the ginger-est ginger hair I have ever seen. Strawberry Blonde ... you're having a laugh.

The usual lack of expenditure applied.
