Wolves 0 Norwich 1

Yep, Wiki's correct (for once)-OTBC written in the 1890's, initially for the Norwich Teachers side, and sung for Norwich sides ever since, and up to the present day. Its constant use should ensure it remains the oldest chant in use at football (or even one of the oldest in world sport) matches, though am sure that the liberal minded at the Telegraph and elsewhere would prefer the connection between Elgar and those lovely "matchstalk man and matchstalk men and dogs" (OK, I know, Lowry isn't about Wolves, but hey!) and the social connotations with the flat capped industrial Midlands to be the source of the oldest song, rather than that place in Norfolk!
