Have a play with them both and pick which one you prefer
They both do similar things but the iPhone is more polished and Android is more open for developers.
Android has Flash support but 90% of the time that will just mean you'll get sluggish website performance and banner ads. iPlayer and Youtube work fine on the iPhone without Flash anyway.
Apple have really helped drive open web standards by banning Flash on iOS as even Microsoft are getting serious with IE9.
