I can't see Worthy dropping Flem though...

...like it or not this change just won't happen. For me I would at least try a different combination of defenders as you say but replacing Flem with Davenport just won't happen because

1) Flem is Captain, Worthy very rarely drops his captain, the exception being Drury last year.
2) Shacks and Davenport have hardly any experience between them, leaving Drury as our most experienced defender
3)Davenport is intially here for 3 month not really enough time to forge any kind of partnership with anyone else. Is he likely to leave Spurs in Jan?
4) Most importantly...FLEM HAS THE PHOTOS
