Preston/Wigan!
These two teams are just 21 miles apart yet could only manage a crowd of 6900 between them...........
IMHO the problem stems from the major teams who treat the League cup like a joke.
Years ago the the League cup was worthy of winning, now the bigger clubs just treat it like something annoying..........
