I repeat, if as I hope we all agree, that we want to go back up....

and stay there next time, there is no point in persevereing with players now, who we know are not good enough for the Prem. We need to be looking at players who will get us there and keep us there, so that we don't need another change of players when we do go back up. Simple really.
