no, no i think i'm right in saying that i'm not a fan of comics

in the same way that i am not a fan of a novel in verse.

i would be quite happy to flick through an old copy of Viz, or Wizzer and Chips, or The Dandy or summat, but have no particular wish to read a novel in a comic book format.

however, in the same way that i have read Yevgeny Onegin i would happy to give something such as Kick Ass (or maybe Watchmen as i've heard the fillums do not do justice to the comics) a go, despite my dislike for the format
