A good friend of mine is a TV presenter over here.

People don't realize the constant talking that is going on in a presenters ear all the time from the directors.

Most presenters make it look easy but its pretty tricky, you have to be cool under pressure as well as ad lib anything that comes up.
All while keeping the timing right and getting instructions which constantly change.
