Just back from training

More energetic than the usual Friday for obvious reasons.
Steve Smith and Luke Daley took a full part in the session. LD seems to have bulked up a bit.
I wasn't sure about Macnamee when he first came but he seems to make a difference when he comes on in games and he looks good in training.
Chris Martin, despite his off field issues seems to be on top of his game, he seems so fit, strong and confident.
