Remember last season he often only used 3. If he was down to 1 in a game he could go 4-4-1-1 or even 4-2-3-1

But the key would be sending Oli out on loan with a very clear recall option. Think it's just a percentages game. If Holt and Martin's hsitory is anything to go by, they aren't very injury prone (Holt is suspension prone).

I just think it's a calculated gamble. Lad needs games. On average injury and form-loss levels, he's probably going to get a few sub appearances and maybe 6 starts in the whole season if he's lucky as 4th choice. Give him a 3-month recallable loan period and chances are you won't need to recall him, he'll get match sharp, get some confidence, grab some goals, and come back and challenge for the 2nd or 3rd spot.
