Its obvious that we are not a tremendously talented team.....
But clubs like Balckpool have proven that with good commitment it can take you a decent way up the champs.
I think the fans feel the players are doing the best they can and giving it their all.
They feel we have a manager who seems to understand what his players can and can't do but is also brave enough to make changes at the right time.
90%+ of Lamberts substitutions seem to have a positive effect and are logical.
He surprises but in a positive way ( i. e. mostly positive)
How many managers in the past have lost the crowd with strange tactical shifts or lack of subs at the right time.
