Question for Tom Adeyemi
Football club 'A' situated in a city which is within easy reach of an international airport and cathedral sells 15,000 £27 tickets to adults every other week and 8,000 £1 tickets to children in the knowledge that 70% of those buying the £1 tickets will go on to buy the £27 tickets as adults.
Football club 'B' which is in a decaying town sells 15,000 £30 tickets to adults every other week and no reduced priced tickets to children in the vain hope that the glory days will return and they will be able to fill their stadium following their inevitable promotion.
Which club is more likely to prosper financially in the long term and which looks destined to wither and die and what is your favourite cheese Tom?
