Wrothbrains: how would one go about finding out the repair/maintenance schedule for a part

iIcular stretch of railway line.

Been woken up at FUCKING WHAT TIME?! the last two nights by some sort of massive throbbing maintenance wagon slowly working it's way down the nearby line, chuffing and hissing as it goes.

Want to know if that's going to carry on, so if we'd be better off decamping to the spare room.
