I completely agree about the moronic interrogative raising voice bit. It sounds terrible!
I quite enjoyed the Qwerty programme but had heard stuff about it before. This episode was interesting. I too was thinking about Otto as I listened.
I also enjoyed the debate programme that followed. I did history at Uni. (EP Thompson is my favourite historian. You need several initials to be a proper one I think).
