Yeah basically servicaixa is kind like an events ticket system in Spain. You can buy tickets for almost any sports event. You can even buy match tickets from cash machines. The way it works online though is this:

The last time I went to a Valencia match i ordered the ticket online through servicaixa, you will need your passport number as a foreign customer. Once you have ordered them you print off the confirmation slip.

Then when you arrive in Valencia you go to the collection point but you need 3 things with you: the card you booked with, the confirmation slip and your passport. If you are missing any of those then you can't get your tickets. Make sure too that your card is in date for when the match is. I know someone who booked a match ticket a couple of months in advance for Barça and their card ran out of date and they were denied the ticket because they had a new bank card.

It's quite an easy system to navigate and if you are in doubt, english is supported through servicaixa.
