I had the worse customer experience EVER in a CPW.

The manager refused to take a phone back even though he was breaking every consumer law in the book.

I had to get an area manager to visit his shop to type it into the PC to refund me.

He didnt know what the word except meant.

We cant take any phones back except an iPhone.
This IS an iPhone.
Yeah, EXCEPT an iPhone.
BUT IT IS ONE!!
I KNOW! Thats why we cant.
