Malky knew what he was doing when we lost the toss and made us swap ends.

I'm not saying that was the only reason we lost.

We missed Doc and Holt's leadership presence. The defence just panicked and hoofed it anywhere. They pressed us and harried us all match where as we seemed to give them all the space in the world.

I'm hoping these are symptoms of a nervous new team that Lambert can fix. There were times when we looked really good.

I know from last season it's a sprint not a marathon etc but I'm visiting relatives in Bristol today and it will be so galling if Bristol City win. Hi ho.
