Based on just this game..............

I think our midfield diamond looks OK.

Upfront, Jackson did not impress me.
He doesn't look that quick for a quick player.

Oli looks quicker plus he looks stronger.

At the back we did not look good, hopefully Whitbread will improve the situation.

At RB, it looks a real problem, Martin was not good and many people feel this has been a weak area last year.

Ruddy needs to improve, you can't make 1 or 2 mistakes every game.
Maybe unlucky because two of the goals were slight deflections.
If things dont improve I could see lambert switching to Rudd although I think he will stick with him for quite a while mainly because he has made a big investment.

In fairness to Lambert, he wanted Fraser Forster back.
