The Amish are a group of religious tontos who notably reject modern conveniences and technologies, including going about their business on horse and cart, rather than a motor vehicle.

I was playing with the combination of those two concepts, and imagining that an Amisher at a rave would do a dance move called "Big fish, little fish, horse and cart."
