bloody hell give the guy a chance!!

actually, i thought he looked very lively and will be good at chasing loose balls down the channel.

He got in some good positions and was willing to shoot from range and yes, couldn't find the target, but that alone doesn't warrant your comments above.

fans moan when we don't shoot and try and walk it in, so the fact he is willing to do so from outside the box is promising, particularly once the season gets into gear and he gets more into his stride. He's trying to find full fitness as he missed a lot of pre-season.

It's pre-season don't forget and we won't be playing the likes of everton every week when Jackson himself was only really limited to long range shots.
