The "end" is to get a right old sweat on, isn't it?

I like a sauna after a swim, because you either don't sweat when swimming, or if you do, you don't notice. I have no idea which. And when I'm all puffed out and jiggered it doesn't seem right to not have a right old sweat on. So, a 10 min sauna, then a jump in an as-cold-as-they-can-manage shower (usually not quite as ooh-ooh-ooh cold as I'd like), and that gets the blood up nicely. Feels like a proper workout then.

So, I like a sauna after a swim, not because I enjoy the sauna itself (I find it quite difficult to stay in for the whole 10 mins sometimes), but because I enjoy the satisfying feeling I get afterwards.
