Isn't there always an official recorder transcribing with one of those machines?
Or is this article just about this form of Tribunal? She seems to imply it applies to all court proceedings; but I think that must be false. Or is she saying that no-one can record (on tape) any court proceedings? Surely unnecessary when there's an official record?
