Thoughts on today...
...
Atmosphere: Crap
Game: Moderate
Either Plymouth were trying to prove a point or just in total shambles. Imo, the latter as they look disorganised and seemed to play with very little spirit. Whoever takes over at Home Park has a hell of a task on their hands.
Without a doubt, our best performance and convincing performance of the season carved off with a deserved win. If any individual peformances stick out, then it would those of Safri, Drury and Deano.
Our passing improved today and luckily, all this long ball is starting to ease its way out of the player's systems. Going forwards we were dangerous, however, we often looked stretched at the back. Firts-half we were the superior side and the goals reflect that, second half, we were still the better side, but we tended to sit back a bit more.
