He did enjoy it, but wouldn't stay still. If you can't get to one of the pre-season games, leave it until next year and introduce then.

I'd told mine that they should try and watch a game on the tv all the way through to see what it was like, and how it would last (equating a full match to 3 episodes of Spongebob give some idea of time!), but to remember they can't get up and go and do something else and come back to it

I was right in thinking that a pre-season friendly would be a good introduction though - quite often I had to repeat the same stuff 3 times, so I couldn't pay attention to the game. Would drive me mental for a proper match.

Also need a big supply of Fruit Shoots and Haribos.
