No, once a word has become a racist term of abuse it can't BE used in a non-racist way, EXCEPT by people of the relevant minority. CF "nigger". You would not (I hope) say "I've introduced my nigger mate to WOTB", because you would know that it is not an acceptable word for you to use in any context. Paki is the same.
