Yep, I also really loved Valencia...
has some pretty cool bars in the evening. One I went to on Monday night near the ground was fantastic. Really well designed City, a beach far nicer than say Barcelona as well...although some of the beaches a bit out of the city are really really great. Although you need to get a local to take you to find the best spots.
