Serious question, Do we have a poor playing squad?

What I don't understand is that none of the players either from the team last year or this season seem to be given any credit in the transfer market.

The scum are getting offers for multiple millions for unproven or mediocre players yet you almost NEVER see anyone linked with any of our players.

Look at Rusty, like him or not the guy was a big part of the
team last year, yet cant get a bite in the champs for free?

Doc landed with Charlton but was probably a cheap option after they have sold their better players and made a few million to balance the books.

Notice that Charlton, who finished way behind us, get million+ offers for their players yet we dont seem to get any?

Is the perception that we had an average squad that got lucky?

Oviously it's great in one way that nobody is interested in our players.

On the other hand either our squad is underestimated or we really dont have very many good players.
