i just think that he uses phrases like 'help the lads out' etc so if you put all his new signings in and played something like

ruddy, martin, ward, whitbread, smith, crofts, surman, fox, hooly, holt, jackson

it would be a kick in the teeth to all those that got norwich promoted. i think the team for watford wont resemble the 1st 11 for the rest of the season imo for that main reason

balance would be

ruddy, martin, 1 of ward or whitbread, nelson, drury, crofts, surman, korey or lapps, hooly, holt, martin.

then again, wtf do i know tbh!!!!
