Except winning the prem takes a full season, whereas there are four slams every year

If you split up the prem season into four quarters, and you could win a "title" four times a year, then winning one of the titles would be less meaningful

Thus it is with tennis. Four slams every year, every one an achievement - but winning one isn't the "pinnacle" of tennis
