Booze tied?
Does that mean it's not a brewery pub?
I knew of someone who would take on a s**t arsed pub, build it up to have good custom and beer sales, then the brewery would up the commission and he'd get less money for his graft
So he just moved on to another pub on it's arse and do the same thing, whilst the previous one would decline back to the state it was in before
Why not just let someone good at there job have a reasonable income instead of making them move around like that?
