Who will they get better than him?

Constantly fighting off money troubles, selling his better players.

I assume its a fall out as its quite a bit after the season is over.

Not sure what has changed since the end of the season and now?

I dont think he will have any problem getting another job in LG2 or LG1 (which seem to open up every 5 minutes these days)
