From the press posturing and the things I have heard.......
is that we have been trying very hard to buy FF
(hence lamberts recent noises in the press that he has been in contact with CH constantly but time is running out)
Its no secret that we are trying to build a squad of our own players rather than increase the value of players for other teams.
Newcastle have also been looking at other goalkeeping options outside of what they already have which suggests they may be willing to let either Krul or Forster leave.
The posturing that FF has other loan options in the champs seems very silly.
Most of the bigger clubs have 1st choice keepers in place and he would not be 100% no1 as he would be here.
