You don't need hundreds of good coaches to have a good system

Let kids be kids and build up the skills naturally. The rest follows through natural selection.

One thing we do very wrong (and we're not alone): look at the stats of England players birthdays over a good few years. There's far more (60%ish) that are born in September to February than March to August. Which coincides with school years. Clubs put far more emphasis on the physical than the imagining the technical progress of people.
