they're never going to play for us are they because Worthy always releases our promising youngsters from our wonderful academy, facilities, blah blah blah and just buys players from another club. Apart from Shackell (and that was long overdue!), we havn't had any players coming in and making an impact from the academy recently - and I'm not saying it's a lack of decent players - just a lack of opportunities for them.
