Good but not perfect.
When a thread gets more than a few posts long you sort of have to remember how many replies there were to it, so see if there have been any replies since you last looked. And then you have to drill down right from the top of the thread to see the new replies.
A thread view a bit like the "Message Thread" area from the bottom pane of the main site for each thread would be great.
