i'm pretty pissed off about lisbie

although he'd have been a useful permanent signing in the summer to give us some strength in depth, he's not the 'emergency' loan player i was hoping for. Neither is pearce. I think we have to face facts - whatever the board said last season, they were using the premiership money to clear some debts and consolidate and this season we're not going to do anything better than we did before playoff fluke. the board is budgeting for a mid-table finish and has never been planning an all out assault on the premiership as many might have hoped.
