What sort of message is getting Lisbie in to any of out young strikers?

Take it another level. How do any of the youth team players feel now? If an opportunity presents itself, no-one will get a chance, we'd rather go out there and get someone else in, great vote of confidence!!

Yesterday, Worthy was talking of "perhaps" putting Rossi Jarvis on the bench and making it sound as if was the act of a desperate man, where-as clubs above us and below us put their young players on the bech, play them regularly (Ipswich!) and, more often than not, reap the benefits of the policy. If some of the young players Ipswich have bedded were at Norwich, you can guarantee they would have not had even 10% of the games they've had there.

I wonder what people like Keith Webb et al must be thinking as well, they're doing a good job, putting out teams, getting the players right, getting results, but, rather than look to our reserves, we plump for Charltons.

And, after all that, its another STRIKER! we get in! FFS, how about a cover keeper just incase the other three get injured now Worthy?
