Yeah, just looked up IVA - not necessarily bankrupt

although one can be bankrupt and enter an IVA and have the bankruptcy discharged via the courts.

Interesting story though. I scanned a few pages of the blonde forum; but more chaff than wheat; but some good summaries elsewhere - seems like the police have been called in.
