Oh, just read on the Dutch news that it's advertising. They are wearing dresses with

Bavaria advertising on it (a Dutch beer). FIFA kicked them out of the stadium apparently, saying they were an advertising stunt. Bavaria denied it at first but just admitted they were paying them.
