I know there's a broad area behind the back rows of the upper barclay

so one could, theoretically put another row of seats up there, but I don't expect the view would be very good.

Apart from that, I can't figure it out. It's not as if I've ever sat at a game and thought "what a lovely lot of leg-room I've got here".
