xp runs like a dream on this little thing

mines the mini 110 (from what I've seen the compaq and hp mini 110's are the same product)

Can't see the point of 7 running on a 1gb ram netbook. Can easily see why you'd want to switch to xp asap

My battery is 3 hours, but I might get the 6 cell at somepoint for 7-9 hours

You might have got the better battery paying what you did. I got this for ?185, but I factored in xp, and the 3 cell battery as a reason why it was that, rather than the ?300+ models
